Job Description:
Responsible for leading all HR Admin operations including coordination with the essential teams involved in ensuring legal compliance and best in class experience for employees.

Ensure the creation of procedures in the form of RACI or SOPs (to ensure process continuity)
Maintain active communication and positive relationships with the key partners' Hiring, C&B, HR, Payroll, LegalDrive improvement projects in HR admin areaSupport all internal and external auditsEnsure all activities are performed an accurate, compliant and timely mannerCoordinate all HR admin team activitiesManage the relationship with HR admin providersImplement, maintain, and reviews HR Admin processes, procedures, document templates to ensure legal complianceProvide support and guidance to the HR Admin teamJob Requirements:
Experience in developing HR Practices & PoliciesExperience in team coordinationSelf-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a teamAble to effectively run multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentPro-active attitude, initiative drivenIntegrityExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in multinational and/or shared service environment is an advantage
