Hire Resolve's client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Relations Manager to join their team in the electronics industry in KZN.

The role will involve managing and developing relationships with customers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in the electronics industry in KZNAct as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and issuesProvide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfactionIdentify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customersPrepare and deliver regular reports on customer satisfaction and retention ratesWork closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retentionMonitor customer feedback and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional mannerRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldProven experience in a customer relations or account management role, preferably in the electronics industryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesKnowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office suiteValid driver's license and own transportContact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move
