Hire Resolve is collaborating with a top electronics company in KwaZulu-Natal to hire a Customer Relations Manager. As a Customer Relations Manager, your main role is to manage and improve customer relationships, ensure satisfaction with products and services, and boost customer loyalty.

You will be the primary contact for assigned customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and offering exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams to manage customer projects, monitor satisfaction levels, and devise strategies to boost customer retention and loyalty.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with designated customers
  • Ensure and uphold high customer service standards
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
  • Identify customer needs proactively and offer suitable solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams for timely product and service delivery
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement loyalty enhancement strategies
  • Prepare and deliver reports on customer performance and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience as a Customer Relations Manager or similar role in the electronics industry
  • Knowledge of electronic products and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain robust customer relationships
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Effective team player and collaborator with internal stakeholders
