  • Helps originators and departments prepare and develop all products to be culturally relevant consistent with messaging, channel strategy, and audience needs.
  • Creates and develops products roadmaps and plans, initiate effective awareness campaigns, identify, and mitigate product risks, and align scope with budget and schedule.
  • Provides a voice for product needs for all audience needs as they relate to Area growth.
  • Assists in the development of an area communication plan with input from all relevant departments. The plan reflects the global prophetic and area vision, direction, priorities, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Utilises various forms of research to understand how the product can bring the most value and have the best impact for its audiences.
  • Works closely with the area correlation role to certify all area product plans.
  • Oversees the measurement of the timing, quality, and impact of all area communication.
  • Develops comprehensive audience personas that outline the audiences and their needs.
  • Helps with the reputation management and SEO work in the area to make Church content more findable for current and future audiences.
  • Must be in possession of a Temple Recommend and/or be worthy of one.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communicationrelated field or equivalent (i.e., Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, Social Sciences).
  • At least seven years of professionallevel related work experience. Highly motivated with a pragmatic business acumen; proficient in decisionmaking and negotiation.
  • Extensive experience in product lifecycle management.
  • Skilled at utilising research methods and strategies to understand and address audience needs.
  • Exceptional Project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to think critically, proactively identify, define, and solve complex problems.
