**INHERENT REQUIREMENTS**:

- Matric essential
- Degree in Information Technology advantageous
- Formal qualification/s in Project Management advantageous
- PMBOK or Prince2 experience will be advantageous
- Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience advantageous
- Formal courses in Agile development advantageous
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably for at least 5 years, including being responsible for implementation of projects, facilitating project and related workshops and effectively communicating with all project stakeholders
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, facilitating and integrating a project across multiple divisions within an organisation
- Extensive experience with using Project management tools including MS Project, JIRA, DevOps, etc
- Extensive understanding of IT software products / development
- Proven experience and understanding of organisational change and / or transformation and the tools / frameworks to manage change through the organisation
- Must be competent in workshop facilitation techniques

**PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS**:

- Ability to build strong and effective relationships with business partners by understanding their needs and goals as well as what motivates and engages them
- SDLC and Implementation experience
- Experience in testing and QA environments
- Formal courses in IT Software Development or IT Software Products advantageous
- Formal exposure to human management sciences, including time management, conflict management, team management and creativity techniques preferable
