Role Purpose

Requirements:

Experience and Qualifications

  • Matric or equivalent
  • 12 years client service experience
  • 12 years insurance back office experience
  • Minimum of 1 years financial service industry experience
  • Knowledge of specific products, systems, processes and procedures will be an advantage.
  • Understanding of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements will be an advantage
  • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Must be fluent in English

Duties & Responsibilities

What you're going to do:

  • Provide effective support and build partnerships with CRCs, Advice Hub, MFP (Momentum Financial Planning) Practice Management Consultants, MFP Admin services and other service areas within each of the product houses

Responsibilities and work outputs:

  • Provide a seamless onboarding client experience by ensuring that all required onboarding information is timeously obtained from clients.
  • Where required, ensure that outstanding information is proactively followed up with CRCs or clients directly and or feedback regarding queries is directly communicated back to the client
  • Capture all data accurately on relevant systems according to SLA agreements
  • Prepare quotes accurately and within agreed time frames
  • Facilitate and resolve enquiries received from CRCs and AAs
  • Accurately complete all administrative and reporting requirements within agreed timeframes.
  • Adhere to all relevant legislative / compliance requirements.
  • Establish and build healthy relationships with stakeholders which build rewarding relationships, facilitate feedback and provide exceptional client service.
  • Develop and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with peers and stakeholders
  • Positively influence and participate in change initiatives
  • Continuously developing own expertise in terms of professional, industry and legislation knowledge
  • Make recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients within area of responsibility.
  • Contribute to continuous innovation through the development, sharing and implementation of new ideas
  • Take ownership for driving career development
