Challenge


As the Talent Management Specialist you will be partof the global Talent Management team within Siemens Energy HR and beresponsible for supporting performance management and future skills & learningrelated initiatives and projects.


You will work with the core team to developour Talent Management products and drive employee-centric initiatives such asperformance management and skills & learning projects.

Your main task will be maintaining andenhancing the performance management tool to provide the most beneficiary userexperience by to addressing changes and enhancements in the tool and using theticketing system to create a great customer experience.

You'll also provideprogram support and create material for workshops and communications to driveadoption of talent and learning initiatives.


Collaborating in a respectful and trustfulmanner with IT and General Project Owners will be a key part of your role.

Your location will be in South Africa /Johannesburg (Midrand)

What you bring with you
The foundation of your career is 3-5 yearsof professional experience in different HR internal functions, building on anbachelor ́s degree


In addition, you are familiar withsupporting the organization and coordination of projects by driving initiativeswith a good understanding of business needs.

You enjoy organizing, prioritizing, andfollowing multiple projects and tasks through to completion is vital for thisposition. You pay attention to details, and getting things right is importantto you.


You are driven by making things better: younaturally see where processes or systems can be improved, and you analyzeproblems, identify solutions, and resolve challenges using decision-makingprocesses.

And you are already familiar and like to work with customer-facingtools.

You have a solution-oriented mindset andare passionate about providing a great customer experience.

You have strong communication skills and can motivate others. You have a high level of culturalsensitivity, working together with diverse culturesand within a global scope.

While working independently you are alsocontributing to our positive team environment and establishing effectiveworking relationships with other partners.

You are interested to continuously learnabout talent management topics.
