Role:

We are a rapidly growing business and are expanding our portfolio throughout the UK, Europe and Africa.

Every day is different.

You will be responsible for a cluster of properties ensuring effective pricing strategies across the portfolio by analysing current booking trends, competitors pricing, business on the books and take daily decisions to ensure the revenue targets are reached.

Additionally, you will be leading a wide range of projects that drive revenue and the business forward.

You will be working closely with our pricing and PMS software to ensure optimal use of the system and set best practice amongst the team.

You will be collaborating with the Sales, Operations and Finance teams to drive the commercial strategy in place.

Key responsibilities:

  • Achieving revenue target in your region by creating, implementing and reviewing revenue management strategies in your assigned properties.
  • Business reporting to measure performance for all top line revenue metrics (pick up, pace and month end reports as well as adhoc reporting identifying successes and areas for improvement.
  • Contracting and onboarding new online agency business, prioritising agencies with unique target audience, stay pattern and room nights volumes in CH's markets
  • Maximizing online revenue growth via electronic distribution across third parties' online channels/portals as implementing the online digital strategy to drive conversions through Charles Hope website.
  • Completing regular end to end testing for distribution and supply systems managing the correction of any issues through with the software provider and agency
  • Ensuring price parity is kept with all channels and direct channel is always prioritised where possible
  • Managing Meta channel connectivity, bidding budget and ROI
  • Onboarding the GDS on selected properties
  • GDS rate loading, testing, liaising with agencies to ensure accuracy of profiles
  • Working with technical teams on systems issues and improvements ( PMS, Pricing tool, website)
  • Be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all commercial forecasting, reporting, analysis, and evaluation of properties performance in all Commercial KPIs you will also be the point of contact for all technical issues relating to distribution systems (extranets/ channel manager and PMS).
  • You will work in collaboration with sales, marketing, operations and reservations promoting regular positive dialogue, training and support, ensuring the proactive Sales Team continue to follow the strategies implemented.

Experience required:

  • Experience with channel manager, pricing tool and hotel PMS preferred.
  • Experience with multisite serviced apartment, vacation rental or hotel required.
  • Experience in implementing a New PMS system and implementing change and new procedure preferred.
  • 4 years minimum experience as a revenue manager for a hotel or serviced apartment chain or as Revenue Operations Manager for a B2B company.
