HR Support Officer

- Maintain travel schedule in SharePoint and assist with employee travel related processes including advances, claims etc.
- To be the central point of contact on all HR operational processes and to ensure that the relevant business unit/s are communicated to on a regular basis with regards to any changes
- Provide relevant input into data requirements as and when requested by the People Culture Manager.
- Participate in specific projects as determined by the People Culture Manager, as and when required.
- Provide input into initiatives aimed at driving the continuous improvement of HR services and processes, with a specific focus on operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the People Culture Manager in delivering the appropriate talent management support to business, through the provision of the appropriate data and / or operational support as and when required.
- Support and ensure the HR Record Keeping and SharePoint repositories are maintained
Qualifications and Experience:
- Grade 1
- Degree/National Diploma in Human Resources (or relevant field).
- SABPP Certification
- Business Administration and record keeping
- HR experience: 3+ years' experience in HR
