Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise support staff, provide coaching, guidance, and support to help them succeed in their roles.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Manage the office budget and oversee procurement of office supplies.
  • Provide administrative support to the directors.
  • Develop and implement office procedures and systems to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate and manage office operations, supply management, and facility maintenance.
  • Assist with HR and financerelated tasks.
  • Plan and organise company celebrations, meetings, and conferences.
  • Manage a small fleet of vehicles.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in an office management role, including supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic bookkeeping skills.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
