  • Manage daytoday operational HR processes and providing necessary HR Administration support to staff and line managers.
  • Maintain uptodate employee records
  • Support recruitment and induction of staff, including providing working tools for newly recruited staff.
  • Provide logístical support in coordinating annual staff retreats, team away days, workshops, and such meetings
  • Serve as an active member of the Regional People and OD network and Global People Community.
  • Coordination of People and OD information, reports and related meetings across the Southern Africa Region.
  • Lead the process of sourcing of suppliers including the contracting of service providers.
  • Ensure the management of lease contracts, maintenance of premises and equipment including the office vehicle, as delegated by the Finance Manager.
  • Ensure the office is equipped with necessary and functional facilities and services (utilities, communications, stationery etc.)
  • Ensure that all relevant policies are updated and renewed on timely basis
  • Support the implementation of audit recommendations related to administrative operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A tertiary qualification in HR Management
  • Three years HR management experience (including experience of managing daytoday operational HR processes)
  • Demonstrable administrative support experience
  • Relevant logistics, procurement and travel support experience
