Job brief


To nurture and grow team of lead generation agents within the call centre space by training, nurturing and motivating a team to achieve the daily and monthly production targets; and provide accurate daily and monthly reporting on individual and team performance.


What Does a Financial services Leads Generator Do?


A leads generator is a person who speaks to a potential client, generates interest and passes the lead through to one of our clients.

This is the marketing of products and not sales. A lead generator provides a valuable service in enhancing and protecting people's lives.

  • Excellent coaching skills;

Experience

  • Must have minimum 12 months Team Leading experience preferably in an outbound Call Centre;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Competent at Excel;
  • Exceptional people skills;
  • High energy and a great motivator of people;
  • Ability to react to a situation and provide appropriate and sustainable solutions;

Responsibilities and Work Outputs_

  • Train a team of outbound consultants on scripting and excellent call etiquette;
  • Identify and train the appropriate 2IC's;
  • Monitor and ensure performance of leads generation agents;
  • Monitor and ensure the performance of leads Generation Team;
  • Coaching of leads generation agents and ensuring the Team meets the quality standards;
  • Enforcement of team discipline;
  • Monitor and update the relevant production, performance and quality statistics;
  • Ensure that the call dispositions are updated correctly;
  • Ensure adherence to the companies rules, policies and procedures;
  • Ensure that the core values of the company are adhered to;
