Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daytoday operations of our call center, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Coach, train, and develop an exceptional team of customer service representatives, guiding them to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Monitor call center performance, productivity, and quality standards to achieve set targets and KPIs.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify areas of improvement and implement strategic solutions.
  • Analyze call center metrics to generate performance reports and insights for management review.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in managing a call center or customer service team.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with an ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and a customercentric mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems.

Salary:

$2500 - $3500 CTC (this includes accommodation, travel costs etc) Salary is NON-NEGOTIABLE. We will not offer you more, once you have accepted our initial offer
