What you'll be doing

  • Leading, developing and managing a Sales Team in line with campaign requirements
  • Creating and deploying an effective operational plan that will deliver benchmark sales figures
  • Driving and supporting delivery of Quality improvement plans
  • Managing reporting trends and opportunities for performance improvement as well as engaging appropriate stakeholder to share insights
  • Allocating appropriate time and skillset resources for deep dive investigations and actionable insights around specific performance areas
  • Mitigating business and customer risk exposure through identification and eradication of issues relating to people, processes and technology
  • Managing the day to day partner expectations and requests ensuring that stakeholder requirements are identified, delivered and met within agreed time frames

Minimum Qualifications and Performance Expectations/Requirements
Matric + valid drivers license

  • 2 years or more experience in a Contact Centre Management role managing Sales based campaigns
  • Experience with CRM, automated dialers, text/SMS messaging
  • Capable of providing direction and leadership, with a focus on performance and behavior expectations, to the contact center team.
  • Experience with sales, lead generation & objection handling
  • Coaching, motivating & mentoring individuals daily.
  • Ability to communicate with diversity and effectiveness.
  • Lead a diverse team of contact centre advisors
  • Highly organized and goal orientated
  • Must be coachable
  • Must be flexible and a selfstarter
  • Ability to drive goals and advisor expectations daily, weekly and monthly
  • Willingness to work sidebyside on the floor with team members
  • Lead by example
  • Ability to Multitask, Problem solve & work with a hands on approach
  • Continued Coaching and Performance Evaluations for the team

Salary:
R25,000.00 per month
