Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with farmers to ensure timely and accurate data processing for payroll.
- Processing payroll sheets from checklists, ensuring that all payroll information is accurate and uptodate.
- Respond to inquiries from clients and remove any payroll related issues in a timely manner.
- Understand and utilize software systems and technology tools to optimize the payroll administration process.
- Calculate and process payroll deductions, including taxes, benefits, and retirement contributions.
- Onboarding and setting up individual customers payroll configurations.
- Ensure payroll sheets are processed and delivered on time, on spec and with delight.
- Create and maintain payroll reports and other related documents.
- Work closely with the HR department to ensure that employee data is accurate and uptodate.
Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate (or higher)
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- Excellent Excel experience
- 25 years payroll administration experience
- Understanding of payroll systems and software
- Resides in or nearby Stellenbosch
- Able to work fulltime, in office to cover this maternity contract
