  • Ensure compliance with the company's policies and operational guidelines
  • Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions

Requirements and skills:

  • Bachelors qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public relations, or Business
  • 3 or 4 years' experience as an area manager, sales manager, assistant manager, or similar managerial role will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles.
  • Sound understanding of operations and standards for success
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities
  • Excellent abilities in financial and operations planning
  • Computer literate
Own transport, laptop and cellphone required

Basic plus incentives and Commission

Salary:
R40, R60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
