Busanimen is seeking a dynamic and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Channel Sales Partner.
This role is perfect for fashion students and graduates looking to gain valuable experience in sales and marketing within the menswear industry.
As a Channel Sales Partner, you will play a crucial role in expanding our brand's reach and driving sales through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Responsibilities:

Channel Development: Identify and establish partnerships with high schools, varsities and colleges, wedding venues & wedding planners, wedding photographers, local corporate companies, and funeral parlors.

Sales Generation: You will be required to conduct consultations with clients in your area who are interested in Busanimen products and services.

Client Servicing & Order Fulfillment:You will conduct fittings with our clients and ensure that garments ordered online fit well according to Busanimen quality standards.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.

Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as a brand ambassador for Busanimen, embodying our values and promoting our products with enthusiasm and authenticity.

Performance Tracking: This is purely a performance role and a minimum number of sales per month will be required.
Qualifications:

Fashion Enthusiast: Passion for men's fashion and a keen eye for style trends.

Student Status: Currently enrolled in a fashion-related program or relevant field of study.

Sales and Marketing Skills: Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles, with a desire to learn and grow in these areas.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences effectively.

Networking Abilities: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including influencers, bloggers, and student organizations.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using social media platforms and online marketing tools for promotional activities.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative in driving sales and achieving targets.
Minimum Requirements

Smart Phone :Recommended for capturing client orders (Every Client). High quality images will be required for all completed orders. Images that Busanimen can use for social media purposes.

Access to a Laptop/Computer:To access Busanimen Online Store Sales Dashboard. Track new sales & capture fulfillments. Leave production notes for the Head Office.

A Local Tailoring Partner:Required for quick tailoring and alterations on client orders.

Access to an aesthetically pleasing venue: To conduct your client consultations and fittings. The location has to be aesthetically pleasing to uphold the quality standard image of the BUSANI brand

Remuneration
- This is a commissionbased post with no basic salary and a minimum target of 12 sales per month will be required.
R retainer will be paid only if the target is achieved. The retainer is allocated to accommodate traveling expenses.
