Admin Assistant needed for a well-established business in the financial services sector.
Key responsibilities:
- Support Financial Advisors with general administration, FICA, and FIAS compliance.
- Communicate with clients, serving as their initial point of contact and addressing any queries they might have.
- Follow up on all new business and client transactions.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date filing and recording system.
- Generate statements and reports monthly and quarterly, summarizing client portfolio information.
- Prepare documentation and presentations for Financial Advisors to assist existing or new clients and attend client review meetings.
- Coordinate with third-party service providers and internal departments.
Requirements:- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within financial services.
- Matric and Bachelor's degree (Business, Economics, or Finance).
- Proficient in MS Office, including MS Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Driver's license and own vehicle required.
- Must live in the Helderberg area.
