Admin Assistant needed for a well-established business in the financial services sector.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support Financial Advisors with general administration, FICA, and FIAS compliance.
  • Communicate with clients, serving as their initial point of contact and addressing any queries they might have.
  • Follow up on all new business and client transactions.

    • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date filing and recording system.
    • Generate statements and reports monthly and quarterly, summarizing client portfolio information.
    • Prepare documentation and presentations for Financial Advisors to assist existing or new clients and attend client review meetings.
    • Coordinate with third-party service providers and internal departments.

    Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within financial services.
    • Matric and Bachelor's degree (Business, Economics, or Finance).
    • Proficient in MS Office, including MS Excel.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
    • Driver's license and own vehicle required.
    • Must live in the Helderberg area.
