Admin Assistant required for established business within the financial services industry.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist the Financial Advisors with general administration and FICA and FIAS compliance.
- Liaise with clients, being their initial point of contact, answering any queries they may have.
- Conduct follow
- ups on all new business and client transactions
- Maintain an accurate and up to date filing and recording system.
- Issue statements and reports on a monthly and quarterly basis and summarize client portfolio information.
- Prepare the necessary documentation and presentations for the Financial Advisors in order to service existing or new clients and/or attend client review meetings.
- Liaise with third party service providers and internal departments.
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years’ work experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
- Matric and Bachelor’s degree (in Business, Economics or Finance)
- Computer literate - intermediate MS Office skills, including MS Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative
- Driver’s license and own vehicle essential
- Must reside within the Helderberg area
