Creditors Supervisor

A local company in Gordon’s Bay with high volume supplier activity is looking for a new team member to assist with the management of our creditors control.

**Duties**

Reconciliation of Supplier accounts.

Compiling of supplier payments according to ageing.

Bank statement reconciliation and processing.

Keeping the online and hard copy filling systems.

Ad hoc accounting duties.

Ad hoc admin duties.

**Skills required**:
Strong reconciliation background and ability.

Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Pastel, preferred accounting package.

Excellent written and verbal communication with clients, suppliers and colleagues.

To remain calm under pressure.

Possess a confident and positive attitude.

Ad hoc admin duties.

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- bookkeeping: 4 years (preferred)

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Helderberg, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- creditors control: 4 years (required)
