Back - Office Administrator
Our client in the manufacturing and sales industry is urgently looking for an
Administrator to start working as soon as possible.
Durbanville, working from Mondays to Fridays.
Role and Responsibilities
- Inoffice sales and payments.
- Capture images of sale items and products and upload to the website.
- General reception duties e.g., greeting customers, answering telephone, directing calls. (when the receptionist is not available).
- Generate quotes and invoices.
- Correspond with couriers.
- Filing
- Adhoc office administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience in Pastel will be advantageous.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in Excel.
- Someone who can work well under pressure.
- Bilingual: English and Afrikaans
- Own vehicle
- Some online marketing experience will be advantageous
Must be able to start working as soon as possible.
