We are looking for a young and vibrant administrator, based in the Northern Suburbs, to join our teams at Villas and Hotels for Africa & CreateMyBox.

In this role, you will be required to oversee administrative and clerical duties; greet and direct office visitors; manage calendars; collect, organize, and retrieve information and documents

  • Reside in the Northern Suburbs (Durbanville, Brackenfell, Bellville, Kraaifontein)
  • Own vehicle and valid drivers license
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year's experience in administrative services or related fields.
  • Additional education, certifications, or experience is advantageous.
  • Understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping software may be required.
  • Fully computer literate and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Xero and Canva
  • Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, copiers, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.
  • Retain Information
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance, courteous manner, and clear, friendly phone voice.

Pay:
R8 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month

Education:

  • High School (matric) (preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 3 years (required)
