The individual will travel extensively across their region in order to attend to:

  • Investigate and chair disciplinary matters
  • CCMA preparations and representation, including arbitrations Advising on strategy and outcomes relating to retrenchments, performance management and other related procedures Be able to advise on contracts of employment within the context of the BCEA, bargaining councils, and senior staff, Disciplinary procedures / Incapacity / Managing performance Ability to work independently Retrenchment proceedings
  • The individual will also be expected to maintain and grow the client base in order to assist in the growth of the business

Minimum Requirements:

  • National Diploma in Human Resources / Labour Relations or similar in a related field preferred
  • Valid drivers license is a MUST
  • 24 years experience within a similar role
  • Ability to function independently
  • Accountable and responsible nature
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different situations
  • Willingness to travel and consult predominantly on the Client's premises Reliable and loyal
  • Solution orientated with good business acumen
  • Taskfocused Ability to read/write in English
  • Confident and strong presentation skills
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Ability to work flexibly, independently and be selfmotivated
  • Up to date with the HR field An enquiring mind and collaborative mindset Strong planning, organising and coordinating ability Excellent people skills at all levels including tact and discretion
  • Excellent administration skills and attention to detail Highly computer literate (Excel in particular and comfortable with technology generally)
