Our client is looking for a Frontline Administrator, responsible for welcoming visitors and delivering top-notch customer service. This includes answering calls, addressing visitor inquiries, and creating a friendly atmosphere. Also, handling various administrative tasks as needed.



LOCATION:
Cape Town, Airport City

SALARY:
R10,000 - Depending on experience

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • NQF Level 5 in Business or Office Management
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or PA (preferred)
  • Professional appearance and dress code
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in administrative procedures
  • Team player with good time management
  • Knowledge of maintaining a frontline desk

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Welcome clients and visitors with a positive attitude
  • Assist clients in navigating the office
  • Ensure completion of necessary Non-Disclosure Agreement documents
  • Maintain workplace security
  • Support with administrative tasks and organization
  • Prepare meeting and training rooms
  • Manage phone calls and messages
