Minimum Requirements:

***- Must have a Matric or equivalent senior certificate

  • 23 years' switchboard & receptionist experience extensions)
  • Previously completed courses in admin/reception (advantageous)
  • Extremely well spoken and proficient in English & Afrikaans
  • Well groomed, presentable, and mature in outlook
  • Have initiative and can act proactively when needed
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, positive, and selfmotivated
  • Must be able to followthrough on tasks and have strong interpersonal skills
  • Fully Computer Literate (MS Office Suite
  • Excel Intermediate) & Adobe
  • Own reliable transport would be preferred but not a prerequisite


Onsite Position
  • Office Hours (Monday to Friday 08h30 17h00)

Key Performance Areas
***- Serve visitors by welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately

  • Answer incoming calls while providing information when needed
  • Receive, sort, and maintain daily pigeonholes/mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Perform clerical receptionist duties such as general administration, filing,
  • Deal with queries from the public and customers
  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Manage diaries for Boardrooms and schedule appointments
  • Organize conference and meeting room bookings
  • Organize Agent board stickers
  • Monitor and maintain orders for office supplies (Stationary etc.)
  • Ensure immaculate housekeeping of reception, boardroom, and meeting areas
