Administrative receptionist.

Location: 13 third street Montague Gardens

Our team is dedicated to excellence and customer satisfaction, and we're looking for an Administrative Assistant to help us maintain our standards of efficiency and service.


Key Responsibilities:

Point of Sale (POS)

System Management:

Efficiently manage transactions using QuickBooks to ensure accuracy in sales and financial records.

Order Processing: Handle the ordering of materials, ensuring all orders are placed timely and accurately. Follow up on orders and deliveries to ensure prompt arrival and handling of any issues.

Financial Management: Keep track of payments and statements, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date and accurate.

Reception Duties: Answer incoming calls professionally, assist with customer inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate departments.

Scheduling: Arrange schedules for our installers and coordinate meetings for the owner, ensuring smooth operations and effective time management.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs and ensuring their experience with our company is positive and professional.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with QuickBooks and POS systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage schedules and coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
  • Detailoriented with strong followup skills.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred.
