FRONTLINE ADMINISTRATOR/RECEPTIONIST
MILKOR INTEGRATED SYSTEMS PTY LTD is seeking a Frontline Administrator, who will be responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- NQF Level 5 in Business or Office Management
- Valid Driver's license
- Prior experience as a receptionist or as a PA (advantageous)
- Consistent, professional dress code and wellgroomed appearance is important
- Well spoken and interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Experience with administrative procedures
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team
- Executing delegated tasks and render assistance to others as required
- Maintain frontline desk (knowledge of whereabouts and movements of persons; access control of company assets)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, professional, helpful attitude
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office
- Checking that visitors have completed the required Non-Disclosure Agreement document
- Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting visitor tags as necessary and maintaining visitor logs
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, taking minutes of meetings and making travel plans
- Preparing meeting and facilitating training rooms
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary;
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Provide excellent customer service
