Administrative Receptionist

We are looking for a young, vibrant individual to fill a vacancy as administrative receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers and couriers at the front desk.
- Processing incoming jobs, invoicing outgoing jobs and packaging.
- Basic bookkeeping and handling customer account queries.
- Providing excellent internal customer service to the employee base.
- Responsible for ensuring reception and office are effectively & efficiently controlled.
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, and other files related to the company's operations.
- Keeping stock of supplies, placing and receiving of orders for stock.
- General Office Administration.
- Performing other relevant duties when needed.
Experience & Education:
- Matric (grade 12) and any administrative qualification or similar is an advantage.
- Proven experience within a customer facing role, as an office administrator, office assistant or similar.
- Computer Literacy (MS Office
- Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Proficiency in Sage Accounting online is an advantage.
Requirements:
- Professional attitude and appearance, wellgroomed & presentable.
- Extremely well spoken in English, Afrikaans in an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills. Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Ability to work under pressure and also independently.
- Possess high energy levels.
- Have reliable transport.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday: 7.00am pm
