What You'll Do:
- Administrative tasks, reservations, function coordination, activity coordination, stock control, and daily financial management.
- Demonstrate the ability to perform effectively under pressure and efficiently manage time.
- Display compassion and a caring demeanor, ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our guests.
- Take pride in achievements and maintain a strong drive to excel in the role.
- Prioritise exceptional customer service and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Embrace a flexible attitude and be willing to assist and learn across various areas of the business, supporting the Front Office Manager in daily tasks.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently, effectively prioritize tasks, and collaborate within a multicultural team.
- Present a professional, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.
- Exhibit a willingness to go the extra mile, remaining focused on guest satisfaction rather than clock-watching
What you'll bring:
- Grade 12
- A Hospitality qualification is beneficial.
- 1-2 Years’ experience in a similar position with a solid track record in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of Apex, Profit room and Nebula is beneficial.
- MS Office suite
