Key Responsibilities:

Employee Records Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.
Process new employee onboarding and conduct orientation sessions.

Leave and Attendance Management:
Track and manage employee attendance, leave requests, and timekeeping records.
Generate reports related to attendance and leave balances.

HR Documentation:
Prepare and distribute HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policy manuals.
Ensure that all HR-related documents are properly filed and archived.

Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Collaborate with HR Manager to address employee relations matters.

Payroll Support:
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
Verify and update employee information related to payroll.

General Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.
  • Knowledge of South African labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Salary:
From R20,000.00 per month

  • High School (matric) (preferred)

Experience:

  • HR Admin: 5 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Drivers license and own transport (preferred)
