**Key Responsibilities**:
**Employee Records Management**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.
Process new employee onboarding and conduct orientation sessions.

**Leave and Attendance Management**:Track and manage employee attendance, leave requests, and timekeeping records.
Generate reports related to attendance and leave balances.

**HR Documentation**:Prepare and distribute HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policy manuals.
Ensure that all HR-related documents are properly filed and archived.

**Employee Relations**:Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Collaborate with HR Manager to address employee relations matters.

**Payroll Support**:Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
Verify and update employee information related to payroll.

**General Administrative Support**:Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.
- Knowledge of South African labor laws and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

**Salary**: From R20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- HR Admin: 5 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Drivers license and own transport (preferred)
