PURPOSE


The incumbent will be responsible for making contact with educational institutions to obtain confirmation of the authenticity of the qualifications submitted to MIE for verification.


JOB DESCRIPTION

A. MIE System
Verification of Qualification requests
Ensure that requests are submitted to the correct Supplier
Source and obtain Supplier contact details
Assign results according to the feedback received
Request additional information from clients as and when required
Adhere to Divisional SL

B. Administration
Attend to Cancel / Not Confirmed
Ensure SOP's are updated as and when required

C. Communication
***Liaise and build relationships with suppliers
***Handle client queries
***Manage your inbox

D. Health and Safety

Employees are responsible and accountable for:
***Compliance with workplace policies and procedures for risk identification, risk assessment and risk control.
***Active participation in activities associated with the management of workplace health and safety
***Identification and reporting of health and safety risks, accidents, incidents, injuries and property damage at the workplace.

R8,500.00 per month
