Submit checks for verifications on MIE portal using Smart screen .Liase with suppliers to verify candidates checks, including verifications done outside SA.Submit checks via XDS platform for clients that do insurance claims.
Submit checks via Umalusi and deal directly with Umalusi for matric verifications for clients.Conduct reference checks for candidates.
Type provisional and final reports on candidates' check results and send reports to clients.
Liaise with MIE on candidates booked at the branch to cine capture fingerprints.
Perform adhoc administration work assigned by the Operations Manger.
Requirements Requirements:
Must have Grade 12 or Matric qualification Office Administration qualification will be an advantage Knowledge and experience wit Microsoft Office package Ability to communicate with clients both telephonically and via email
