Senior Manager, reports to the MD of the SME business.

Experience is required in leading a sales team, leading managers who have teams under them, and digital client journey management.


Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales and revenue targets and related KRAs.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team.
  • Deliver the client value proposition.
  • Define the customer experience golden thread and ensure delivery through the sales team and Marketing divisions digital team.
  • Set up client experience measures and feedback exercises, using the results to motivate for and drive continuous improvement.

  • Experience in Digital Marketing & Communication a must, while working previously with online automated solutions is a plus.
  • The skills to be a datadriven decision maker, with a willingness to experiment.
  • Related degree or diploma.
