Head of Sales and Business Development

At Salesworx, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales and Business Development to lead our sales efforts in the SADC and SSA regions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth, expand our market share, and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure effective sales execution and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, customers, and partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion and product launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- 15-20 years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on the SADC and SSA regions.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, expanding market share, and increasing revenue.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare market dynamics in the SADC and SSA regions, including regulations, reimbursement systems, and healthcare delivery models.
- Experience with Our Client Kidney Care's product portfolio, particularly Acute, Peritoneal Dialysis (PD), and Hemodialysis (HD) therapies.
- Familiarity with digital tools like TrueVue Analytics and Sharesource, as well as experience in optimizing sales processes and leveraging digital marketing.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage P&L, budgets, and financial metrics like Net Sales and Standard Gross Profit (SGP).
