Our company sells and distributes healthcare and medical consumables, equipment, PPE, and cleaning chemicals.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and relationshipbuilding skills to manage and expand key national accounts.
- Proactively monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales, preemptively identifying and resolving issues.
- Employ interpersonal skills to address buyer concerns and foster mutually beneficial relationships.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other department heads to accurately forecast sales, provide sales analysis, and introduce new product ranges and brands.
- Manage a sales team and representatives across the country in a handson sales management role.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience in FMCG, including key account management and regional/national sales.
- Familiarity with the operations of major retailers, wholesalers, and supermarkets.
- Proficiency in essential business tools and digital literacy.
Job Specifications:
- Drive growth in current and new distribution channels.
- Monitor and track sales performance against targets.
- Manage price increases and adjustments.
- Enhance customer service.
- Identify sales trends.
- Develop new products to meet market demands.
- Set effective marketing strategies and pricing.
- Regularly review trading terms with customers.
- Provide leadership and identify training opportunities.
- Update product ranges and planograms.
- Manage a team of sales representatives and merchandisers.
- Provide feedback on competitor activity, sales trends, and price changes.
- Conduct management reviews.
- Coordinate consumer expos.
- Fulfill other responsibilities inherent to the role.
