Our client is looking for a Client Liaison Officer to join their team.

Area: Sandton

Salary: R25 000 - R35 000 CTC per month 

Closing date: End July 2024

 

Requirements:

1. Finalised Accounting or legal degree
2. Completed relevant articles

 

Responsibilities:

Main Activities:
• Attend Meetings, Make Notes and assist with follow up on actions;
• Assist in Preparation of documents;
• Assisting with Follow ups clients, Service providers and teams;
• Maintaining relationships with clients.

More Practically:

Client meetings:
• Coordinate meetings;
• Attendance of Client Meetings, taking notes and identifying actions to be dealt with;
• Liaising with teams to action on relevant action points and follow up to ensure actions get finalized;
• Chasing for feedback to ensure timely resolution of activities.

Existing clients:

• Assist in reviewing, drafting and documenting client requirements (eg Letter of wishes or initial transactional documents).
• Meeting with clients to understand restructuring/transactions they are engaged with and follow up with the teams to action on action plans;
• Reconciliation of client understanding and structure as well as accounts and information;

New Structures:

• Attending meetings to understand what clients want to achieve;
• Assistance in sending out proposals with relevant documents and details;
• Assistance in Following up on proposals and meetings;
• Assist in liaising with clients regarding requirements for the structures, KYC and queries where relevant;
• Coordinating and collection of bank documents and information for new accounts or changes;

Business Development and Research:

• Work with the team in SA to do research on contacts for business development.
• Stay abreast of changes in South Africa.

SA Companies:

• Liaise with Service providers and clients for management of SA companies for clients.
• Further detail to be build up as we progress matters
