DUTIES:
Financial Administration:
- Manage financial records and transactions
- Handle invoicing, payments, and expense tracking
- Prepare financial reports and budgets
- Coordinate with accounting and finance departments
Project Management:
- Oversee and manage ongoing projects
- Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and report to management
Administrative Support:
- Maintain office operations and procedures
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and meeting arrangements
- Provide administrative support to management and staff
HOURS:
- 3 Days working from office
- 2 Days working from home
