Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Helderberg Personnel cc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our team, including capturing invoices, data entry, and expense tracking.
  • Ensure excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with contractors and colleagues.
  • Maintain a high level of punctuality and reliability, adhering to our office hours of Monday to Thursday (07h30 - 16h30) and Fridays (07h30 - 14h00).
  • Proficiently use Pastel, Excel, and Word to perform administrative tasks.
  • Perform various office administration duties, including filing and ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
  • Own vehicle essential for travel to clients and meetings.

Location: We are only considering candidates residing in the immediate vicinity within the Western Cape.
