We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Junior FIT Consultants to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidates will be fluent in German and have a passion for creating unforgettable travel itineraries. This is a full-time position based at our client's offices in Oranjezicht, Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop customized travel itineraries for clients.Communicate with clients in German to understand their travel needs and preferences.Coordinate with various service providers to ensure seamless travel experiences.Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the travel planning process.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations and industry trends.Handle administrative tasks related to travel bookings and client communications.Qualifications and Skills:
Must have matric.Must be a South African citizen or have permanent residence status.Must be fluent in German (reading, writing, and speaking).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday (working hours: 09:30 to 18:00 for 1-2 staff members, and 08:30 to 17:00 for one staff member).Experience:
Previous experience in the travel industry or a related field is preferred but not required.
