Sales Coverage & Support

Manage agent requests and design detailed safari itineraries during consultant leave or peak demand.

Prepare costings, proposals, and confirmations accurately within required turnaround times.

Follow all internal booking, operational, and communication procedures.

Quality & Process Management

Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in costings, communication, and documentation.

Assist with implementing new processes, tools, and system enhancements.

Identify areas of improvement to elevate service and team performance.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

Support colleagues during high-volume periods and contribute to a positive, solution-focused environment.

Share feedback and best practices to strengthen team cohesion and overall delivery standards.

Position Details:

Location: Cape Town, South Africa

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 08h00 to 17h00 (including a 1-hour lunch break)

Flexibility required during peak periods and select public holidays (time off in lieu provided)

Office-based with potential hybrid flexibility post-training

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in travel sales, reservations, or consulting (preferably within luxury or safari travel).

Strong understanding of itinerary design, costing, and safari logistics .

Excellent communication skills with a strong agent-first mindset.

Proficiency in booking systems, CRM platforms, and general Microsoft Office tools.

Exceptional attention to detail, adaptability, and time management skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team.
