Business Development Representative (BDR)

The BDR plays a
critical role in driving growth
for the organization by:
- Creating strong first impressions of the company.
- Identifying and qualifying potential customers.
- Collaborating with the Sales and Success teams to align goals and outreach strategies.
- Ensuring we're targeting the right customer segments for long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through
outbound prospecting
(calls, emails, and campaigns). - Develop and manage outreach campaigns using lead generation tools and our CRM.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and activities.
- Provide regular reports on outreach activity and lead conversion results.
- Build a strong understanding of our
industry, services, and products
to effectively engage prospects.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years' experience in
B2B sales or lead generation
(preferred). - Excellent
verbal and written communication
skills. - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Strong organizational and CRM management abilities.
- Customer-first mindset
with a passion for problem-solving. - Relentless go-getter attitude
and ability to work with minimal supervision. - Proficiency with
sales and outreach technology tools.
