Hiring: Senior Business Development Representative | Johannesburg (Hybrid)

We're Livespace, a sales growth advertising agency based in JHB, and we're on a mission to help awesome small and medium-sized businesses crush their sales goals.

We're looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our crew.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to be the star of the show.

Our amazing inbound support team will handle the hard part of finding and qualifying leads. You get to take over from there

  • You'll become a pro at understanding their business,
     diving deep into their goals and what they're trying to achieve (especially with 2026 planning right now).
  • You'll be their trusted advisor,
     connecting the dots and putting together smart recommendations that will genuinely help them grow.
  • You'll guide them through the process
     and get that amazing feeling of closing a deal that makes a real difference.

This Role is for You If…

  • You're genuinely curious and love learning about different types of businesses.
  • You're motivated by targets and get a buzz from seeing your hard work pay off in your commission.
  • You have 1-3 years of experience in a sales, account management, or a similar role where you've had to build relationships.
  • Experience in a digital marketing agency is a bonus.
