We're hiring a Senior Recruiter to drive new business growth and manage client relationships across the full recruitment cycle.

We're looking for a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives in an admin-heavy, fast-paced environment, takes full ownership of their work, and excels at both relationship-building and detail-oriented execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business by prospecting and engaging with clients.
  • Sell and promote temporary, interim, and temp-to-perm recruitment services.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and maintaining client relationships post-placement.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with practice managers, owners, and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to align client needs with available talent and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage all related administration — including proposals, contracts, compliance, CRM updates, and follow-ups — with speed and accuracy.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and conversion rates.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to enhance your approach and conversations.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within the recruitment industry (temporary and permanent recruitment strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and client acquisition targets.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience managing the full sales and account lifecycle independently.
  • Excellent administrative discipline and comfort working within a process-driven role.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Knowledge of healthcare or dental recruitment is an advantage, though not essential.
