We are in search of a dynamic and goal-oriented Real Estate Dispositions Manager to join our team. The chosen candidate will oversee the sales process of investment properties to prospective buyers with a focus on maximizing profitability and operational efficiency. Your Mission

Turn our sales and marketing strategy into a smooth, automated, reliable revenue engine. Make everything run cleaner, faster, and with fewer mistakes. You own the process.

Tools You Will Live In

  • Resimpli, LeadZolo, Google Workspace, Zapier, n8n or similar automation tools, call and text systems, KPI trackers, deal analyzers

Schedule and Compensation

  • Full time. All hours are in USD. Working hours 9am to 6pm PST. Remote with some meetings in US hours. Compensation based on experience and track record. Equity or bonus available for top performers who prove they drive revenue.

Compensation:

$8 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute the sale of the properties, ensuring optimal pricing and terms.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with cash buyers, investors, and real estate professionals.
  • Market available properties through multiple channels, including email campaigns, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct property evaluations and pricing analysis to determine market value.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and close deals efficiently.
  • Maintain an updated database of buyers and investors to ensure consistent deal flow.
  • Collaborate with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth transitions from acquisition to disposition.
  • Track and analyze market trends to refine sales strategies and pricing structures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, wholesaling, or investment property disposition.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and valuation techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools.
