This is a fully remote, high-ticket sales role with:

  • $600 USD/month base (~ R11,000 ZAR) + unlimited commission
  • Hot, inbound seller leads provided daily — NO cold calling
  • Monthly bonuses and top-performer rewards
  • Top closers regularly earn $2,000–$5,000 USD/month (~ R40,000–R90,000 ZAR)

You'll speak directly with motivated U.S. home sellers, build rapport, negotiate deals, and get contracts signed.

Who We're Looking For.

We only hire A players — closers who:

  • Have proven experience in sales, real-estate acquisitions, or high-ticket closing
  • Sound elite on the phone and communicate clearly in neutral English
  • Are coachable, hungry, competitive, and driven by results
  • Thrive under KPIs and love leaderboards
  • Have reliable internet (20 Mbps+), quiet workspace, and strong Wi-Fi/phone setup
  • Can work an 8-hour shift between 3 PM – 11 PM SA Time (Mon–Fri)

Daily Objectives

  • Handle inbound seller calls and collect property details
  • Conduct follow-ups with previous leads to nurture relationships
  • Present offers and negotiate purchase agreements with motivated sellers
  • Collaborate with our U.S. team to move contracts to closing
