Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Remote Real Estate Salesperson to assist with lead generation, client follow-up, and administrative support. This role combines sales, telemarketing, and office coordination to help grow our real estate business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospects, investors, and property owners.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow up with clients via phone, email, and text.
  • Update CRM system with leads, notes, and follow-ups.
  • Assist with property listings, marketing materials, and online postings.
  • Coordinate showings, inspections, and client communications.
  • Support administrative tasks as needed (data entry, document prep, etc.).

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and phone skills.
  • Sales or telemarketing experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate or willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and self-motivated.
  • Real estate license (preferred but not required).

Compensation:

  • Base pay plus commission and bonuses based on performance.
  • Growth opportunities within the company.
