Cold Call Appointment Setter – Real Estate (Remote)

We are a U.S.-based real estate company seeking an experienced Cold Call Appointment Setter in South Africa to contact property owners and set qualified appointments for our acquisitions team.

This is a performance-driven role ideal for someone who is professional, confident on the phone, and comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.

Responsibilities:

  • Cold call real estate leads using our dialing system. 75 connections per day.
  • Follow provided script while maintaining a natural conversation
  • Qualify prospects and book appointments for our team
  • Accurately log call outcomes in our CRM
  • Maintain consistent daily call volume and productivity

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of cold-calling or appointment-setting experience
  • Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent
  • Quiet, professional home work environment
  • Strong internet connection and reliable computer
  • High resilience and able to handle rejection daily
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and dependable

Schedule: Full-time or Part-time

Compensation: Base pay + performance bonuses. 15,000 R base. 25,000 R with performance bonuses.

Work Location: 100% Remote
