Job Title: Full-Time / Part-Time Real Estate VA – Marketing Associate (Remote)
Pay: USD $5 per hour (starting)
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, resourceful, and highly capable Real Estate Marketing Associate to support a growing real estate business. This role is ideal for someone who excels in social media management, content creation, copywriting, research, and online engagement.
You will be responsible for creating marketing materials, managing social media accounts (primarily Facebook and Instagram), designing simple graphics in Canva, writing descriptions/newsletters/blog posts, researching real estate market updates, and helping elevate the brand's online visibility.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Strong experience in social media management (Facebook + Instagram)
- Skilled in Canva for creating graphics, templates, just listed/just sold posts, announcements, etc.
- Capable of writing compelling captions, descriptions, newsletters, and blog posts
- Can conduct market and community research (local updates, neighborhood highlights, RE trends)
- Comfortable engaging with other accounts online (commenting, liking, interacting with local businesses and community pages)
- Has basic understanding of real estate marketing or is eager to learn
- Not required to be a video editor, but basic editing experience is a plus
- Creative eye for branding, layout, and clean visual style
- Strong English writing and communication skills
- Able to work independently and deliver high-quality work on time
- Having experience with general admin tasks (emails, scheduling) is a plus but not required
Key Responsibilities:
*Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and publish posts for Facebook and Instagram
- Design marketing graphics in Canva (templates, flyers, just listed/sold, announcements, etc.)
- Write captions, listing descriptions, and promotional copy
- Engage with other accounts, local businesses, community groups, and neighborhood pages
- Track content performance and suggest improvements
*Content Creation & Writing
- Write newsletters, email updates, and community spotlights
- Draft blog posts as needed
- Create engaging, brand-aligned copy for social media, email, and website content
*Research & Marketing Support
- Research real estate market activity, local news, community events, and neighborhood insights
- Provide topic suggestions for content calendars
- Assist in simple admin tasks when needed (email content, scheduling links, etc.)
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or virtual assistance
- Strong Canva design skills (basic-level editing required; advanced skills are a plus)
- Excellent English writing skills (grammar, clarity, creativity)
- Ability to create clean, professional, visually appealing social media content
- Research-oriented and able to turn information into digestible content
Requirements:
Reliable laptop or desktop
Fast and stable internet connection
Availability to work with partial U.S. business hour overlap

Work Schedule: 20 or 40 hours per week
