passionate and experienced Travel Consultant
 to join our dynamic team If you have a love for travel, a deep knowledge of Southern and East Africa, and a talent for crafting seamless, personalized itineraries, we want to hear from you

About the Role:

As a
Travel Consultant
, you'll be responsible for designing bespoke travel experiences, managing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service from inquiry to post-travel follow-up. You will play a key role in 
curating, selling, and managing luxury and adventure travel experiences
 across Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to 
design tailor-made travel itineraries
 that match their needs and budget.

Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and experiences in Southern & East Africa.

Manage the entire booking process, from initial inquiry to confirmation and final documentation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.

Ensure all travel arrangements align with our 
sustainable tourism ethos
.

Stay updated on travel trends, safety protocols, and new offerings in the region.

What We're Looking For:

 
Minimum 3 years experience
 in luxury or adventure travel consulting.

Strong knowledge of 
Southern & East African destinations, lodges, and tour operators
.

Proven ability to create complex itineraries with a focus on 
attention to detail
.

Excellent communication skills & a client-centric approach.

Proficiency in travel booking systems and CRM tools.

Passion for 
responsible tourism
 and community upliftment.

Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
